Ventura County Behavioral Health Department

Assistance to Ventura County Behavioral Health includes: programs to promote inter-agency collaboration and improved conditions for the mentally ill, and drug and alcohol counseling and/or mental health counseling for juveniles participating in Juvenile Drug Court programs.

Ventura County Superior Court

Assistance to the Superior Court includes assessment and treatment for drug-exposed infants and children at high-risk, and an educational component for parents.

Public Health Nursing

Support for the public health department includes:

• Post-Partum Programs to help underserved women who may suffer from depression after having a baby
• Senior Health Care Screenings Countywide
• Nurse Family Partnership
• Dental Prevention Program
